Proper platform use

• Bonus abuse, chip dumping, or transferring value between accounts is prohibited.

Content and intellectual property

Bet acceptance

• A bet is accepted when a confirmation ID appears in your bet history. Pending or processing slips are not accepted.
• Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled by you. The operator may cancel only in limited circumstances (see Cancellation and voids).

Odds, markets and updates

• Odds may change before acceptance due to market movements or event information. The odds at acceptance apply to settlement.
• In‑play betting may be delayed to protect event integrity. Markets can be suspended at any time.

Minimum and maximum stakes; payout limits

• Minimum and maximum stake limits appear on the bet slip or market screen.
• Maximum payouts can apply per bet, market, or event. Where multiple bets relate to the same outcome, combined limits may apply.

Settlement of wins and losses

• Bets are settled based on official results as announced by the governing body of the event. Subsequent corrections do not usually affect settlement.
• If a dead heat occurs, settlement follows the applicable sport rule (for example, stakes and returns may be proportioned).
• Where the terms of a market specify whether extra time or penalties are included, those terms control settlement.

Postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled events

• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets may stand if played within the timeframe stated in the market rules; otherwise, bets are void and stakes returned.

Errors and palpable mistakes

• If a market is offered at materially wrong odds, on the wrong event, or with an obvious data error, the operator may void the bet or settle at the corrected odds reflecting the market at the time of placement.

Restrictions on betting behaviour

• Collusive or syndicate bets, matched orders, use of scripts or bots, or exploiting latency for guaranteed profit may lead to stake limits, bet cancellations, or account restrictions.

Free bets and bonus stakes

• Settlement of free bets and bonuses follows the specific promotion terms. Usually, the free stake is not returned in winnings and wagering requirements may apply before withdrawal.

Cancellation and voids

• Bets may be void if placed after an outcome is known, due to technical failure, official scoring errors, market corruption, or regulatory instruction. Void bets return the stake only.

Disputes

• If you dispute settlement, raise it promptly via Support and provide bet IDs and event details for review. Independent escalation may be available where required by law.

Funding your account

• Supported deposit methods are shown in the Cashier. Availability depends on your location and service partners.

Withdrawals
